Mediation fees

We charge a fixed fee for a full day of mediation from 9.30am to 5.30pm, including preparation and initial discussions before the day with each party (or their representative). All mediation sessions are charged at a fixed fee, regardless of dispute complexity or value, of £695 + VAT per party.

If required, we can arrange a venue for the mediation at additional cost.

Travel expenses may be payable in addition if agreed between all parties to the mediation.

For mediations that run later, each additional hour (or part of one) will be charged at £150 + VAT per party.

These fees are based on a two party dispute. Please contact us if you have a more complex dispute and we can tailor our offering to your requirements.

Payment must be made in full by both parties (along with returning the signed mediation agreement) no later than 72 hours before the mediation is due to begin.
